The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan, providing easy access to iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Macy's. The rooms, though small as expected in NYC, are average and not facing the street. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring NYC, close to Times Square and within walking distance of many main attractions. The rooms are quaint and comfy, ideal after a day of sightseeing. However, they can be on the smaller side. The service is a mix - helpful at times but lacking hospitality industry training. The location is fabulous, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major NYC landmarks. Dining options are great for meeting friends and enjoying a meal. The facilities are good, providing what you need for a pleasant stay.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent in size, very clean, and incredibly comfortable, especially with the excellent king-size bed. It was a quiet and comfortable space, although it took a bit of searching to find one with blinds that were not broken. The service was mostly excellent, with helpful and kind staff, although there was one unpleasant and unhelpful receptionist during check-out. The location was prime, being central and only a 10-minute walk from Rockefeller and Times Square, adjacent to Macy's and near Penn Station, making it close to everything you would want to do in NYC. Dining was delightful with an interesting setup offering free coffee and tea, and the facilities overall were satisfactory.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Midtown, making it super convenient for exploring all New York has to offer. The rooms are spacious with quality linens and comfortable pillows, but the heating control could be better. The service is top-notch, with a special shoutout to Bogdan for his friendliness and helpfulness. The location is excellent, close to major attractions and public transport. The on-site dining at The Brendan restaurant offers great options. The facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel is a great value for the money.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and within walking distance of Broadway and Times Square. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but there was an unfortunate incident where a worker was cursed in front of us. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, although they felt cramped for two double beds, a dresser, and a table with chairs.
